Siesta Village is only a 5 minute walk from the Inn on Siesta Key. The village has a charming beach vibe and is filled with restaurants, pubs, ice cream parlors, gift shops and even day spas. At night, the village comes alive with live music, so there’s something for everyone.
Siesta Key and the surrounding Sarasota area is blessed to have some of the best weather in the country. However, mother nature has a mind of her own and, like anywhere else, isn’t always predictable. Please check sites like weather.com or accuweather.com for forecasts.

The Inn on Siesta Key provides free on-site parking for its guests.
Yes. The pool stays comfortable to swim in year round. During the cooler months, usually November through April, we run the heater and keep the water around 90 degrees. The rest of the year the Florida sun keeps it warm on its own, so the heater isn't needed. Pool hours are dawn to dusk.
Yes, we do have free wifi for our guests. Please ask for the password when you arrive.

We are blessed to have so many things to see and do here in the Sarasota area, the list would be endless. There are wonderful shops, restaurants, cultural events and site seeing opportunities virtually everywhere. However, we do recommend two free things that many enjoy. Every Monday, the famous Ringling Museum is free to the public.
Another treat, every Sunday evening (weather permitting) just before sunset, a community drum circle plays at the Siesta Key Beach. This isn’t a commercial event, but a local experience that has taken a life of its own and is a great time and suitable for all ages.

Most of the year a two night minimum applies. On select weekends and during high season this increases to a three night minimum. For winter rentals or a specific date range, the office can confirm the exact minimum before you book.
No deposit is held at check-in. A valid credit card is required on file for every booking.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM EST and check-out is at 10:00 AM EST. Early check-in and late check-out can sometimes be arranged but must be approved by the office and are not guaranteed. We text you as soon as your room is ready. Late check-outs are harder to accommodate, since rooms often need to be turned over quickly for the next guests.
All suites are non-smoking. Any evidence of smoking results in a penalty of at least $500.
Visitors and additional guests are welcome. Parking on property is limited and every car needs a parking pass, so you may want to hand your guest your pass for the day or have them park at the public beach access across the street. Checking with the office ahead of time helps.
The Cottage suite includes a pack and play. If you need a crib, high chair, or other baby gear for your suite, contact the office ahead of your stay and we will do our best to arrange it.
There is no dedicated EV charger or 240V Level 2 outlet on site. A standard 110V outdoor outlet is easily accessible and works for slow charging. Let the office know your needs and we can help you plan.
If local authorities (Sarasota County) issue a mandatory evacuation of Siesta Key, all guests must leave and you receive a refund for the nights covered by that evacuation. If no mandatory evacuation is issued, no refund applies. A Governor declaring a state of emergency is not the same as a local mandatory evacuation order.
