The Nook offers a fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, a cozy dining area and beach chic LVF throughout. This unit is naturally bright and spacious. Rinse the sand away in this units stand up shower with rain fall shower head. Enjoy a flat screen, 55 inch TV in Living and a flat-screen TV in master bedroom.

Relax in the lovely outside garden area off the front entry, with fire pit table and gliding chairs.

All cancellation windows are measured from 12:00pm EST on check-in day: 14+ days prior is free, 7–14 days prior incurs a 50% fee, and under 7 days (or no-shows) is charged in full.

There is no daily maid service. Guests can stop by the office anytime to exchange linens at no charge, and cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an additional fee.

Yes. The Nook is a 5-7 minute walk (0.5 miles) to Siesta Key Village, where you'll find restaurants like The Cottage, Gilligan's Island Bar & Grill, and dozens of shops and ice cream spots. Morton's Siesta Market (groceries) is even closer. You can park your car once and walk everywhere.

The Nook includes beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, a cooler, and a Gorilla Cart to haul everything to the beach. The beach is a 2-minute walk via Public Beach Access 10 - a quieter access point than the main pavilion. You won't need to buy or rent any beach gear.

The Nook welcomes up to two dogs per room. The pet fee is $100 per dog, with no weight limit and no breed restrictions, though all dogs must be well behaved and house trained. Dogs are confirmed with the office before booking, so contact us to get approval before you finalize your reservation.
