The Nest is in an ideal walkable location. You're a 2-minute walk to beach access and about 5 minutes on foot to Siesta Key Village, where you'll find dozens of restaurants, bars, shops, and ice cream. Many guests park once and don't use their car again until checkout. For exploring the island, we also provide complimentary bikes.
The Nest does not accept pets. If you're traveling with a dog, two of our other units are pet-friendly: The Haven (up to two dogs, $100 fee per dog, no weight/breed restrictions) or The Nook (dogs welcome with prior office approval and a dog fee). Contact us to confirm availability and approval before booking either.
The Nest comfortably sleeps 2 (one king bed) and is designed and priced for couples. It does not accommodate additional guests, children's beds, or rollaways.

The Nest is a 2-minute walk from beach access, it is not beachfront and does not have a direct ocean view. If a beachfront view is a must-have, let us know, and we can point you to an alternative that fits.
We provide everything you need for the beach: chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, and bikes. You can load up the beach wagon and walk to the access point without worrying about airline baggage fees or buying equipment you'll use once. We also have an ice machine on property to keep your drinks cold.

Cancellations 14+ days before check-in (by 12:00 pm EST) are free. Between 7–14 days, a 50% fee applies. Inside 7 days or for no-shows, the full amount is charged. Full payment is due 14 days before arrival.
The premium reflects walkable access to a top-ranked beach and the Village's restaurants and nightlife, without the cost of a rental car, daily parking, or beach equipment rental. At The Nest specifically, the nightly rate includes one parking space, full beach gear, bikes, a full kitchen, and a heated pool, which are add-on costs at many other properties.
